Abstract

FimCalcX is a MS-Excel-based calculation sheet for stability analysis of thin liquid films of a two-component mixture or solution, one of which is evaporating into the gas atmosphere. Typical applications of FilmCalcX is the evaporation and solidification process of liquid inks, polymer solutions, organic semiconductor solutions which have been deposited on a substrate by coating or printing.
