The Digital Equipment Corporation CEC Karlsruhe and the University of Karlsruhe - along with other institutes are cooperating in the field of computer-assisted learning. The joint project, named NESTOR (NEtworked Stations for TutORing), is intended to create a suite of integrated software aids giving high-level support for the planning, implementation, and delivery of courseware in an environment of networked multimedia workstation/server topologies.
