Using Design Patterns in Educational Multimedia applications.
Konferenzveröffentlichung, Bibliographie

Kurzbeschreibung (Abstract)

Designing and implementing Educational Multimedia Systems (EMS) is hard; even when design methods may help in this task, most critical design decisions remain undocumented making reuse a difficult task In this paper we show how to use design patterns while building Educational Multimedia Applications. We first present the idea of design patterns and then discuss some simple though effective design patterns addressing different concerns in this kind of applications. Each one of them is exemplified with successful educational applications.
