A Stateless QoS Signaling Protocol for the

Kurzbeschreibung (Abstract)
We describe a simple protocol that enhances the communication between end nodes and the network. Other than the majority of QoS signaling systems, it achieves scalability by avoiding perflow state. We also show how it can be used to decrease an adaptive multimedia application�s packet loss ratio.
