Kurzbeschreibung (Abstract)
In the following paper an analytical, numerical and experimental analysis of the bistable Duffing oscillator is carried out regarding increased energy harvest. Regions of high energy harvest are determined and described by analytical bifurcation values. Subsequently, a design criterion is developed for increasing the performance of a bistable energy harvester. Finally, the developed design criterion is validated with an experiment.
