E-Books have become popular for leisure reading. Their ability to include multimedia and interactive content promise a new reading experience for students. To examine this potential we present an automatic e-book creation process using lecture recording data. Further, 62 completed surveys are analyzed to evaluate the acceptance of lecture e-books and the requirements students impose.
