Kurzbeschreibung (Abstract)
Within the IGF project "hydromechanical paperboard forming" the influence of an integrated steam support in the blank-holder area of a deep-drawing process regarding the component quality is investigated. It is determined, that the shape accuracy and the wrinkle distribution are significantly improved by this approach. Thus, a big contribution to the further establishment of paper as a packaging material is given.
