Entwicklung eines Vorschlagswesens für die Auswahl energieeffizienzsteigernder Betriebsstoffe.
Conference or Workshop Item, Bibliographie

Abstract

As part of an AI-based energy management system, a recommender system for energy-efficiency-increasing operating fluids is presented using the example of mineral oil-based hydraulic fluids. Considerable energy savings are achieved with fluids that have a high viscosity index and shear stability. The choice of the optimum viscosity grade for different types of machinery and equipment is discussed based on system analyses and field tests, and a flow chart for moving entire companies to efficiency-increasing operating fluids is provided.
