Abstract

In a globally connected business environment, a variety of stakeholders, aside from the owner of smart products, aim to operate and extract information from the smart product through smart services. The smart services are generated through aggregation of data to operations and information and recombination of these entities. Smart services offer a great potential to enrich the functionalities of smart products. In this paper we propose a novel design methodology to incorporate not only the resources of manufacturers of smart products but also a multitude of interested stakeholder using a robotic vacuum cleaner.

In einem global vernetzten Geschäftsumfeld streben neben dem Eigentümer intelligenter Produkte eine Vielzahl von Akteuren danach, das intelligente Produkt durch intelligente Dienste zu betreiben und Informationen daraus zu gewinnen. Die intelligenten Dienste werden durch die Aggregation von Daten zu Operationen und Informationen und die Rekombination dieser Einheiten erzeugt. Intelligente Dienste bieten ein großes Potenzial, um die Funktionalitäten von intelligenten Produkten zu erweitern. In diesem Beitrag schlagen wir eine neuartige Entwurfsmethodik vor, um nicht nur die Ressourcen der Hersteller intelligenter Produkte, sondern auch eine Vielzahl interessierter Stakeholder am Beispiel eines Staubsaugerroboters einzubeziehen.
