Kurzbeschreibung (Abstract)

In this study, we present an experimental setup, with which we can estimate the spectral sensitivity for different conditions. Parameters like target position, background luminance and spectrum can be changed easily. The spectral sensitivity for two typical (in traffic situations) background conditions and two target eccentricities were tested and analyzed regarding the background luminance and target eccentricity. The differences in the spectral sensitivities could be explained by the varying receptor distribution on the retina.
