The present invention relates to a Pd-catalyst, comprising palladium and at least two metals selected from the group consisting of platinum, silver, manganese and bismuth, to its preparation and to its use as a selective hydrogenation catalyst for unsaturated hydrocarbons, particularly acetylene.
